Finding The Right Home Inspector

1. Ask for referrals or recommendations from someone you trust.

2. Determine whether or not they are insured and bonded.

3. Compare prices but make sure you're comparing apples to apples and that included items meet the unique needs of the property.

4. Ask if the inspector will do a walk through with you to discuss any concerns.

5. Ask inspectors about their credentials, training, education, work history, reviews, and if they have a sample report.
